Soft RAID in Window 10

When you find 2 or more M.2 NVMe SSD in Disk Management of Windows 10
Right-click the disk volume, which you want to set up soft RAID
A pop-up window appears, click the option (Spanned/Striped/Mirrored)
Noted: You can set up soft RAID in Linux/Mac/3rd party software also.
