3 RAID Mode
- RAID 1 (Disk Mirroring): writes and reads same data to 2 drives, it`s primary function is to provide redundancy.
- RAID 0 (Disk striping): 2 hard drives will show up as one large single drive, RAID 0 is usually implemented for caching live streams and other files where speed is important and reliability/data loss is secondary.
- JBOD (Default): 2 individual hard drives will show up.
Attentions
- 1. This item do not include hard disk.
- 2. Please backup your valuable data first before RAID mode setting, otherwise you will lost your data.
- 3. New drive may not be recognized by this device, if your drives have been set RAID in other devices. In this case, please format the drive first, then this device will recognize the new drive.
